NBT Consult compiled the energy and environmental strategy and wrote the bid document for a National Competition by Restormel Borough Council for a Zero Carbon development. The bid won the competition by a unanimous vote.

Project: Zero Carbon Development of 20 units (mixed terrace housing and flats) in St Austell, Cornwall, with community room. Large proportion of social housing. All units to meet Lifetime Homes standard.
